Jackson & Carter is an Austin based law firm that specializes in the representation of hospitals, hospital related organizations, physicians, and other health care providers throughout Texas. The firm was founded in 2013 by Brian Jackson and Craig Carter, both of whom were previously Partners at the law firm of Davis & Davis (subsequently known as Davis Fuller Jackson Keene). In addition to providing legal services for healthcare providers, the firm works closely with the Texas Hospital Association and its Family of Companies, and serves as General Counsel for the Texas Hospital Insurance Exchange and the Texas Hospital Association Retirement Plan. The Firm also serves as General Counsel for the Texas Alliance for Patient Access ("TAPA"), and works closely with TAPA to preserve health care tort reform. In addition to Mr. Jackson and Mr. Carter, attorney Matthew O'Neil offices at the firm and is available to assist on medical reimbursement issues.
